Hello!

I got a HTPC with Asus M3N78-EM.

Is it possible to split my DVI connetion to show two diffrent things on two screens?

Is it possible to use one of these?

DVI to VGA split

DVI to DVI split

I think they are doing this at work, but I dont know if they got a special graphic card?

No, you cannot split and show two different things. It would have to be cloned, and the DCC would have to be dissabled on one of the displays.

You need two different cables for a different picture, or a switch box to correctly configure two different displays.
