Can the i5 cope with memory speeds which are higher than 1333MHz?
From the i5 specifications it looks like 1333MHz is the max for DDR3!
If this is correct, what could be the reason to put memory with speeds greater than 1333MHz to work with this core?

Well you can put in higher than 1333MHz in. Just that core i5 will under clock it to 1333MHz. If your wanting to reach 1600+ MHz then you need to overclock. Although i forget which part will need overclocking.

Can someone tell me (preferred to be based on experience) how far can i5 memory interface be overerclocked?
BTW, putting aside the motherboard limitations, isn't memory overclocking theoretically limited by the CPU to some point?
If yes, what is the limit for overclocking the memory interface for the i5?

Thanks Dude,
Can anyone point on a benchmark done with i5 testing several DDR3 kits with different speeds (clock) latencies and voltage?
