It means your Sandforce SF1200 SSD (branded as OCZ or similar OEM packagers) can write zeroes at 250MB/s+ rate.

If you want to know the real speed, use CrystalDiskMark or AS SSD, which use incompressible data to give you a REAL write speed. The scores with ATTO are inflated because ATTO uses zeroes to write the test file, and your SSD uses compression so writing zeroes to a compression engine will always be very fast. Even if the SSD was as slow as 1MB/s, writing zeroes could still perform at 250MB/s even though the SSD only has to write at 1MB/s.

The bottom line is that the performance numbers given by ATTO are bogus, and allows companies selling these SSDs to advertise with unrealistic specifications that are unfair against other SSDs which do not employ compression. Unless all you do is store zeroes on your SSD, you would want to look at the speeds of CrystalDiskMark or AS SSD instead.
