Dominator 1600 vs 2000? Overclocking?

Which one would be better for overlocking a CPU, like a 955 BE for example. Which one would be the better choice for latency and speed? The prices are pretty close. Which one would be better for performance and gaming?

Why not go with the CORSAIR DOMINATOR-GT DDR3 1600? It's less expensive and as fast as the DDR3 2000 and it has AMD Black Edition Memory Profiles (BEMP) Support. I would stay away from the G.Skill kit as it's slower, it requires more voltage and is more expensive.
