Future of AMD

Ok now i dont want people to just come on this thread and start talking about waaay off topic stuff (like how the "is AMD doomed?" thread got all off topic). I want people to talk about what they think AMD's future chips this year, next, and 2011 will be like and how you think they will perform against intels chips. Im really curious about this stuff

No i want to see what everyone knows about future amd chips, but that Is AMD doomed thread is taking everyones attention so its so hard to have a serious discussion on any other thread now.

Without anything released to compare to its hard to say. We can speculate that AMD is definitely capable of throwing a hard blow to Intel just as they have to Nvidia.

I love both AMD and Intel brands and am in hopes that AMD can develop some real revenue generating hardware soon that will make Intel scurry like they did in the P4 days with the X2 chips.

My gut feeling is AMD isn't through playing catch up with Intel but as we know anything is possible...
