HELP!!! Is these problem with hd 4870 or the game need nasa pc

so i have hd 4870 sapphire 1 g with vapor x cooling and i get lag in need for speed
under cover but not much as in 1280x1024 reslution with max sitting so whats is wrong
i mean i just buy these card too play the game right these or other game i know there is
stronger card but thats enough for now i just need too play it on max reslution
with no lag or delay i play cod 5 and its give me weasome preformance but in under cover when i go too
customize the car or go too wheel some time loading and som time not and some time
the game exit by it self so whats wrong here is the game or what
i just need to play it at max with no probem just as the game published
not i managed to raise my gpu from 750 too 780 and memory clock from 900 too 1090
at 57 c temperature (is these good ??) and i get lag too

mobo 770 ud3 gigabyte
cpu 7750 amd black edition
ram 2 g hyper x bus 1066 (one stick)
power supplay 500 watt ocz
screen dell and its reslution 1280 x 1024

hard disk 160 and thats the one is realy old (7 years ago )

Hey i fixed the issue i had with nfs undercover After doing some research and reading other forums it seems that anything with a core 2 duo cpu or quad core runs the game like absolute crap.


I set the processor to affinity and it ran fine.

So how do I set the processor affinity?
1)In Windows open up your game or application. If you are in a game press Alt+tab to come out.
2)Open up Windows Task Manager (Ctl+Alt+Del).
3)Click on the Processed tab and find your game or application
4)Right click on the game or application and select Set Affinity.
5)You will see CPU0 and CPU1 checked. Uncheck either one.
6)Click OK
7)Go back into your game or application and you will now be running your program on one core."

I have to admit its pretty pathetic that very little effort or thought went into the testing of this game before they released it on the shelves.

ok thanks for your replay and help and i made it that way and it works but after while the game was unstable and was fast in play and load slow and after that the game exit by it self any better way ???????? and why the game exit any way i have other game not exit
