BioStar P4M900-M7 FE and C2D e6550 Underclocking

Hey guys just built a new tech pc using a Bio Star p4m900-m7 fe board with a c2d e6550 processor. The board looks as if its underclocking the processor from 2.33 to 1.86. Tried a bios update with no results. Im open to suggestions, and thanks in advance.

Never mind i figured it out. The e6550 is a 1333 fsb chip and the board only support up to 1066 limiting it to a max of 1.86
