Hi all, I'm looking for advice on my rig that I'm building. I have decided on most of these parts, left only PSU

Mobo/CPU - Core i5 750 + Asus P7P55D Pro
GPU - Radeon HD 5870
CPU cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212+
RAM - Team Elite 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 x2
Storage - WD Caviar Black 1TB
Chassis - CoolMaster CM690
Monitor - Viewsonic 23.6" VX2423WM

I will not be going crossfire (single GPU).
I going to overclock CPU (from 2.66GHz to about 3.2 GHz)

I'm looking for a PSU that is quiet and reliable. Not going to pinch pennies on PSU but neither do I want to splurge unnecessarily. Was looking at Andyson F650 and COsair HX520. Are these quiet and capable of supporting my rig comfortably?

Thanks!

BeQuiet Dark Power 650W is worth buying... very quiet and stable, and more importantly very efficient too.

OCZ are decent enough - just put one in my i7 rig and cant fault it.

yes it is
• Ultra-high efficiency @ *** almost 87%. *** <-- nice
• Very stable voltages with no "over-volting".
• One of the most silent units
• Excellent modular cable system.
• Good Package and accessories

no need to look further than corsair. anyway, i think 550w will be more suitable.

PC Power and Cooling silencer series is where I would look. But Corsair is good too.

How about the OCZ modxstream pro 600W, how does that compare to those mentioned above in terms of noise?

Just abit overpowered for my needs. THink the smallest one is 850W. And quite a pretty penny at that =S

I wish I won the lottery, haha
