Everytime I turn my computer on and when i click internet it keep on saying download contentwatch I can't get the internet to do it. I want to reboot my computer. the kind of the computer i have is philips computer years 986 to 2004. Please help. I need the computer rebooted because it is not mines..

If you have a virus protection software, try doing a complete scan to check for viruses. If you have access to the internet icon in the control panel, you can try writing down the network settings for your modem. Click on "connection" and see if you have any network connections saved. Also check the system "hardware" settings to see if your modem driver is disabled. You will find a mark next to the modem device driver if it is. You can try uninstalling the device driver and rebooting, letting windows reinstall the device.
