Hdd not starting asus p5n32-e sli plus

My machine which has a asus p5n32-e sli plus motherboard and 4gb (2gb * 2) DDR2 corsair memory is not starting after upgrade of BIOS to 1401. Any suggestions

Is there any way to re-install the previous version? Have you also tried booting the computer with just one stick?
