hello;

when i open any program in control panel, my system always displays a warning "windows can not find C:\ windows\system32\rundll32.exe". and program does not open. what should i do?

You may want to update your antivirus and scan your system. Remove or quarantine any viruses malware it finds. Then try opening the programs again.
