Heres what I have on the way
I5 2500k
MSI P67A-G43 (B3)
Corsair XMS3 4 GB 1333MHz PC3-10666 240-pin DDR3 Memory Kit

I plan on overclocking this as soon as I get it, but all of the guides I have seen mention bumping the ram voltage when overclocking. The ram says 1.5v on it but the guides tend to recomend bumping ram voltage to 1.65 is this going to be a problem?

Just keep your VTT/northbridge voltage within the proper range. For Lynnfields it was 0.5 so people with 1.65V ram would have a VTT of at least 1.15.

Look up the specific VTT/NB voltage for your CPU to see if you have to adjust it.
