ok guys, ive come up w/ something that is around my budget : ). haven't upgraded my pc in years, so im really outdated w/ all this new comp. technology

You'll need some more info to get the advice you need. Check out the sticky at the top of the forum that explains asking for new build advice.
IE. What will it be used for, when will you make the purchase, etc.

Quick comment, I'd go with a better power supply brand such as corsair, seasonic, pcp, or fps. You will spend $50 more on a good psu, but the $30 won't fry your entire investment.

Nice build. Only thing to change is that psu...it sucks.

Thats a nice computer with quality parts , but without knowing what you intend to use it for its hard to comment on how suitable it is

oh, its use is basically for gaming (games such as, cs: source, age of empires), and multimedia use.

btw im planning to buy these parts soon, cant wait to build : D

yes

its an AM3 processor and works in am3 or am2+ mb's
