You'll need some more info to get the advice you need. Check out the sticky at the top of the forum that explains asking for new build advice.
IE. What will it be used for, when will you make the purchase, etc.

Quick comment, I'd go with a better power supply brand such as corsair, seasonic, pcp, or fps. You will spend $50 more on a good psu, but the $30 won't fry your entire investment.

Nice build. :)  Only thing to change is that sucks.

Try this combo down below...same case, diff. psu. Combo Discount: -$30.00 Combo Price: $84.94
Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
Antec Basiq BP500U 500W Continuous Power ATX12V Version 2.01 Active PFC Power Supply - Retail

Thats a nice computer with quality parts , but without knowing what you intend to use it for its hard to comment on how suitable it is

oh, its use is basically for gaming (games such as, cs: source, age of empires), and multimedia use.

btw im planning to buy these parts soon, cant wait to build : D

nice system overall.
I assume you'll be using Windows 7 RC 64bit and purchase the OEM version later.

Yes the PSU is strong enough, granted you are talking about the combo deal Why_Me listed.
