Will be using this system for a couple years to play MMORPG's mostly. Won't do stuff like video editing really. Will overclock, and will wait until new DX 11 cards come out. And of course, if you know of a cheaper part solution, give me a heads up please :)

personally, for a strictly gaming build, i think the Phenom II would do just fine

There is a HD4870 from XFX for $150, it's a great deal, but if you're ditching it for a DX11 card, then I would look at a HD4770 for now, close performance wise, but around $100, and not $150.
