GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4P vs ASUS P7P55D-E Pro

I'm looking to have an I5 build. I read somewhere that Asus still has problems with the Foxconn socket? I'm not sure which board is better

the foxconn socket problem only occurs if you're pushing it to ~5GHz with liquid N2 cooling. If you're a little more conservative, like mid to high 3GHz range, you're fine.
