Overclocking 5850 via Overdrive/Catalyst..Totally greyed out

Trying to overclock 5850 via Overdrive/CCC Control Center. I can't change anything on that portion of the control panel i.e. memory, voltage, clock speed-it is all greyed out. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Is there any way to override this? The Enable overdrive selection is selected.

Try use driver 11.3 and use afterburner to overclock
