The ASUS P7P55D-E PRO has USB 3.0 on it! This is new technology that will be implemented more in the future. Will my build still work well will all the parts if I decided to go with the P7P55D-E PRO instead of the regular P7P55D PRO?

Yes, your new build will still work with the new motherboard.
■If you have already built the system and will be switching out the motherboard, you will need to do a fresh install.
■If the components aren't order / built, you are good to go with the new motherboard as part of the build.

nice build , you could always add another 5850 when the prices drop substantially with that psu ... also , overclock the 5850 from start ... at least 75 core and 150 memory increase should be possible from the ati CCC itself ...

go to Ati Catalyst Control Center , ull find the settings to adjust the core clock , memory clock , and fan speed control , manual or automatic ... after u select different settings , download and run furmark :-

http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/

this website also contains step by step tutorial , basically u have to check for artifacts and temps ...
