Acer Aspire 4310 -- DVD ROM not working!
It was started when i inserted a dvd on dvd drive and it stucked up. It was about 3 days when the dvd was removed by using a needle. Then all it started not to function my dvd rom. everytime I tried to hit the open disc drive, it doesn't open and my computer don't recognized the dvd rom anymore. occasionally, the dvd rom sometimes to be recognized and working. But it seems that i upgraded my window vista to 7 Ultimate, the dvd rom not working anymore it became worst. i'm so desperate to repair this. any one could help. thanks.
