Samsung 2343BW overscan

Few weeks ago i bought a samsung 2343BW monitor, 23" 2048x 1152 resolution. But it overscans for i dont know what reason. I cant see my taskbar and im missing a part on the right. Ive tried digital, analog auto adjustment, use it on my computer ( winxp 64 with nvidea gpu card ), my laptop ( winxp 32 with ATI ) and my dad's computer ( vista 64 with nvidea ). They all overscan. Been looking for weeks to find somthing to fix it but cant find anything. help plz !
