I'm playing University, and something strange has started to happen in one
of my Greek houses. Every time I ask someone to pledge (so they can join
the house), they answer "Your Greek house doesn't have enough friends for
me to want to join" ).
Now, the house is Level 6 (unlimited members), currently has 4 members (but
it used to have 5), and it has 29 friends. The people I ask are usually
best friends with the Sim asking (and anyway, if relationship was the
problem they would say "I don't know you well enough" ). Also, I've
previously got people to join when the house was level 4 or 5 and it had
much fewer friends. So I think this is some kind of bug.
Anybody had the same experience? Any solutions?
(Yes, there is a workaround -- I can "force" someone to pledge using one of
the standard cheats: but it's not much fun, I like having the normal
restrictions. But only the normal ones!)

This is a known bug. I think that either Variousimmers or MTS2 has a patch
for it. Apparently instead of the coding saying that you can have unlimited
members like it is meant to, it actually says that you can have less members
than you already have - causing obvious problems.
