Delete chinese from xp ?

Hello,
Is there a way to remove the chinese language from XP, So that it cannot be installed again?
Still trying to get rid on conime...etc etc

You can remove the language pack in the same place it was installed, but the only way to set it so you can't install it again is to remove people from the admin group that use the computer. You should be able to delete it also from Add/Remove Programs, under Add/Remove Windows Components or maybe if you check off "Show Updates".
