I/o device error on cruzer micro 4gb

Hello,
i have a cruzer mico 4gb that on two computors it gives the same error i/o device error would like to fix this prob.

In general, when a USB drive starts to flake out, the electronics have gone bad. Sorry buddy. This happens with USB devices in general, partly caused by the quick removal instead of following the correct "disconnect USB device" method.
