Hello all, I just bought the EVGA Nvidia Geforce 9800GTX+ Superclocked, with only 1 power connecter x6 pin. PSU has 300 watts i wanted to know if i can run it with a Molex power connector converter that comes with the card 4x6 to the graphics card would be fine to run on 300W PSU with molex power converter? Thanks.

You'd have to try it in real life because manufacturers grossly overstate power requirements of those cards at the time, but I think you'll find you need a good quality 350 watt at least.

If your in the us, you can get a GOOD power supply for les than 50 bucks, such as a kingwin 450, for 35 or so, not the newest design, but it is solid, or a good cooler master or corsair 500 watt for 49 bucks at newegg.com
