PSU has 300 watts i wanted to know if i can run it with a Molex power connector converter that comes with the card 4x6 to the graphics card would be fine to run on 300W PSU with molex power converter? Thanks.

Most of those cards have a lil speaker, if so it'll squeal if it's under powered.

You'd have to try it in real life because manufacturers grossly overstate power requirements of those cards at the time, but I think you'll find you need a good quality 350 watt at least.

If your in the us, you can get a GOOD power supply for les than 50 bucks, such as a kingwin 450, for 35 or so, not the newest design, but it is solid, or a good cooler master or corsair 500 watt for 49 bucks at newegg.com

$33.99 and I owned it already

NO, you cant run a high end card on 21 amps, at least not reliably. What the hell did you buy, I'd take it back ?
