Does this exist?

Sofware that makes an virtual hard drive on a given
computer's system hard drive, and makes the virtual hard drive
accessible as an usb hard drive for any other
computer via usb from computer to computer?

Don't ask what it is for, it's something about being able to
access files on that virtual hard drive on a secured computer,
via usb connection.

Share the virtual drive on the PC, then map it on the other computer. You can't just get one PC to view the other one as a USB drive.
