GTX 560 vs HD 6870

Two sentences: What will outperform the other? GTX 560 overclocked or HD 6870 overclocked? (Both stock models)

System specs:

Intel core i3 530 at 3.5ghz
Gigabyte H55M-UD2H mobo
Mushkin Enhanced DDR3 1333mhz (2x2GB) at 1280mhz
1600x900 Resolution always
Thermaltake Toughpower PSU 500Watt with 43 Amps on 12V rails combined
HD 5770 Vapour-x OC at 930 core / 1350 memory

I am not interested in the GTX 560 "Ti" version as I am on a very tight budget and want to get my worth out of the card.

Both cards are slightly the same in performance

I would go with which ever one is cheaper. Bear in mind that your board only supports crossfire, not SLi. If you want to go the dual GPU route in the future, the 6870 would be your only choice. But, that won't be possible on a 500watt PSU.
