Blue screen and reboot after virus removal.

Removed virus with Norton 360 and re-booted. Now have dreaded blue screen and no programs showing

Do a repair install of windows XP using the install disk.
The directions are posted at the top of the XP forum.
The repair does not erase your personal files or programs. It does reload all the system defaults, and usually fixes the blue screen problem.
