New motherboard

I'd like to buy a new motherboard for q6600. I use it almost 24/7 and also, I want to overclock it as much as possible. 3,4-3,5 ghz if possible (on air with z600 push-pull)! I have DDR2 rams... HELP please!

A good P45 board would be fine such as ASUS P5Q or Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R

Its good but its a mATX board,if you want ROG series,Maximus II Formula would be good

Well Maximus Formula has some extra features like LCD Poster,also a better cooling and usually ROG series OC better.
What's your budget ?

As i said GENE is a mATX board,do you need a mATX board ?

As i said you can ASUS P5Q or Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R,they are both cheaper than Maximus II formula and are good boards with good reviews from the web

If you want a mATX motherboard go for Gene,but P5Q Deluxe is an ATX motherboard

Both will be fine,however if you have an ATX case go for P5Q Deluxe.
mATX boards are mostly used in SFF cases

Full and mid tower cases

If you can go for P6Q Deluxe then go for it,what's your computer case ?

Its midtower case,go for the ASUS P5Q Deluxe,because as i sad mATX boards are usually used in SFF cases
