I'm completely new to this but I've spent the last few weeks researching and this is what I've come up with. I already have thermal compound, keyboard, mouse and 37" HD TV. Any comments welcome.
CPU - Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz (Nehalem) (Socket LGA1366) - OEM + World In Conflict PC Game
Very good build!!! Without knowing your budget or the main use your computer... I would say you got it right the first time!!
One thing you are missing is a CPU cooler but if you don't plan on overclocking, you don't need one. I would recommend one of these two if you do want a CPU cooler.
edit: Okay... I missed your new post on the Xigmatek Dark Knight cooler. I must of been writting mine at the same time... Good Choice though!
edit: helloworld_98 made some go suggestions too....

Hadn't seen patriot viper before but after some googling I found it's got good reviews and is cheaper, so I'll go for that. Thanks.
I'm not going for SE incase I want to xfire later and I'm going for the 650W because I used this to calculate that wattage and got 326W for my the current set up and 417W if I add another 4890. To me that still seems like quite a big margain but if you strongly recommend higher wattage I'll change to 750W.
Also, yes I'm using OCUK and ebuyer.com. But I don't like to mention I'm in the UK though as I think it puts American's off from reading
Thanks tecmo34, those were the two coolers I actually narrowed down to. DK has got slightly better reviews though.
Your case comes with three fans already, and unless your doing some serious overclocking you should be fine with those. Just make sure you have decent cable management.
I'd say that looks like a very good build. Personally, I'd go with the PC Power & Cooling PSU (or at least something with a bit more wattage, like the Corsair 750TX), just in case you decide to Crossfire later. By the time you add in power loss due to capacitor wear, you might need the extra watts. And I'd go with the Xigmatek Dark Knight, myself.

I decided to go for the PC P&C 750w. Ordered last night from ocuk and already dispatched.
@ Why_Me: I did look at that PSU but wasn't too keen on the colour.
@bosko: Thanks for the link. Luckily the site I ordered from had the LG out of stock anyway so have reordered a Samsung SH-S223B/BEBE 22x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black) - OEM. HD's and optical drives were things I didn't research that well (and mobo's apparently; got a bit confused with SE being xfire compatible, not SLI compatible ) so was probably a bit careless.
Again, thanks for the help everyone! I'll let you know how it turns out.
