Hello - What is your questions concerning OEM HDDs.
Normally the only diff is that the OEM versions do not come in a Box and do not come with the SATA cable. Sata cables are cheap, that is if you do not have any laying around. May have shorter warrenty, but by-in-large most home builders buy the OEM versions.
