PS2 Keyboard lights don't turn off...

I have a PS2 keyboard that has back-lit keys and when I shut the PC down, it stays lit up.

I have the following just built setup:

OCZ550FTY PSU
ga-ma785gmt-ud2h
phenom ii x3 720
crucial 1666 ddr3 2x2gb
wd velociraptor 300 sata hd
sony optiarc 24x dvdrw

No OS is installed, the drive is blank.

It won't turn off when you shut down the PC but it will turn off when you close the power switch or UPS switch.

Same happens with me.

i'll have to reconnect it and double check the Power Management settings to ensure that all of the functions for any Power On Keyboard/PS2/USB are disabled. Hopefully that will resolve it.

It will only turn off if the switch on the back of the PSU or disconnect the PSU power cord.
