4 documents into 1 folder

I have 4 excel documents and I want to e mail them in one folder.
How can i do that?

  1. WinZip, WinRAR, 7zip... there many more Google file compression software for more. And if you don't want to use a third party software, use the Windows zip folders.. right click on the desktop and select New Zip folder... you can add a password with a right click inside the folder after you have saved a file in one windows zip folder.
