Hey.
I bought 1 2GB DDR3 Kingston 1333mhz, and I'm planning to add another one.

When I check my pc memory using CPU-Z, my DRAM Frequency is 669MHz.
Is it supposed to be like that?

How are Kingston's memories in general? should I add another kingston 2gb?

669 MHz x 2 = 1338 MHz. You always need to multiply the frequency by 2.
