Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP RM

I recently bought a Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP RM.
I've hooked it up to my modded Playstation 2 via RFU Adaptor. (This connects through the Antenna/RF TC source reception)
I have tried using NTSC and PAL games.
The sound and video show up but there is no colour to go with the video.
It is only in black and white.


So pretty much
Problem: There is no colour with the video. How can I fix this so that there is colour?
