Okay well, me and my cusin torrented Street Fighter IV his graphics card is a Nvidia 9500 gt geforce with a amd sempron dual core 2200 4 gig ram he runs an average of 60fps on SFIV, now i have a ATI Radeon HD 3870 Visiontek AMD Athlon x2 dual core 3 gig ram and i run and average of 30 fps.
now i took my graphics card and put it in his computer and it got 60 fps in SFIV why cant i get 60? and i put his in mine and it only got 30 fps whats wrong?

do you play at a higher resolution then him? are your graphics and eye candy turned up while his are off?

I turned my resolution down and everything to low and it stayed at an average of 30-35
