AMD Athlon X2 7750 CPU temperature

My amd athlon 64 x2 7750 at CORE TEMP(software) says 50-60 degrees celcius at idle. and 70-75 degrees celcius playing pes 2009. Is this good or should i do sth?

I would get a better heat sink & fan right away, mine is running between 30-35 degrees Celsius at idle & I have it overclocked to 3.04 with the stock heat sink & fan & I have never got it above 45 degrees
 
Yes that is too hot. But before considering investing in a new heatsink, clean out all dust from your computer including that on the heatsink. dust acts as an insulator. Also reseat your current heatsink with new compound and check out the condition of your case: is there enough airflow? That sounds extremely hot and it sounds like the heat of a processor where the heatsink has been building up dust for a few years.
