Upgrading will void warranty and the speed boost is negligible and the CPUs are hard to find. Have In convinced you otherwise?

Thank you for your reply.
There is no warranty; however, having upgraded, there is no negligable difference makes sense. Especially since there are not many processors available out there.
If someone were to upgrade the ram, would that help more than a little?

RAM is a much easier upgrade.

To be honest, would be best to save up for a new system. Anything newer will be much better than what you got.

Believe it or not Pentium II's are still selling for fifty to one hundred dollars on e-bay. Although it may not be good for pictures and videos it can still operate in many applications. I think that I will keep it as a soveneer of the old days. Thank you for input
