I have a lot of tapes in HD 1080i. I want to copy them to the PC without losing quality (not just make normal dvd). Then I want to edit them later. Which hardaware / software is apropiated?. The conection from the camera to PC is IEEE1394, or firewire or ilink.

thanks
alex
