I'm interest to set up a new tower with an intel core 2 duo e8400. Do anybody knows which is the best motherboard and memmory for this CPU?

You also need to know if your case is big enough for an ATX motherboard.
What are you going to use that computer for??

Memory will be pretty much any major company. eg. Corsair, Kingston, mushkin, a-data, etc.

Motherboards, just buy one of the major 3: Gigabyte, ASUS or MSI

G31 or G41 is best for raw cheapness, decent OC'ing and micro atx cases.

P45 is optimal for overclocking, ATX cases
