Looking to upgrade motherboard. Have AMD 5000+ Processor

Help! Looking to upgrade motherboard. Need Suggestions as to which one will get the best over clock for the processor i have. Looking to spend no more than £150. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the older ASUS M2N deluxe and had my 5000+ to 3.6ghz but borked the BIOS.

For future proof i would go with one of the AM2/AM2+/AM3 compatible ones.
This way you will be able to go with a quad core late down the road.
