Hey all, finally about to dip into purchasing the parts for my new PC. Thought I would give everyone a look to see if anything should be changed before I take the plunge. I'm fairly happy with it. Went $100 over my limit but it was flexible. Let me know of any suggestions :)  This all comes to $1800 AU ($1450 US).

Every thing looks very good...
But instead of the V8, get any of these listed on the WWW.PCCASEGEAR.COM

Hi, thanks a lot for the suggestions. But why these over the v8? Thanks :)

^
1. Cogage - Cheaper and its performance is as good as the V8
2. Scythe - $10 cheaper and performs as good or better than the V8...
3. Pro Mega - These are like I said the best i7 cooler out there...But it is huge...
4. TRUE - WIll perform better than the V8...

But if you are not in for a very high overclock (above 3.6GHz) then the V8 is more than suffice...

Going by that review you'd have to go for the Scythe Mugen wouldn't you? Cheapest of the lot and came in second place. Sounds pretty good to me :)
