This is all for an i7 920 build with:
Asus P6T v2 Deluxe
Corsair 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1600
512MB XFX GTS250 738MHz PCI-E
WD 1TB black

I've currently got one of the early aluminium CoolerMaster cases, but am looking for something smaller. I need only 1 5.25" bay, and perhaps 3 HDD bays. Please recommend me a lean and mean case, since I live in a small flat.

Secondly, I have a Zalman ZM400B-APS power supply. Do I need a new one?

New powersupply, yes. What are you looking for in a case? Do looks matter or do you just want something with beastly cooling.

I'm after a relatively quiet and small size case, but also good looking. Budget isn't a huge issue.

You will definatly need a new PSU to power your new rig.
Look for a 500w+ Corsair, Seasonic, PCP&C or Antec Earthwatts PSU.

A few good options would be:

Corsair 650w: £71.98 inc VAT
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/show [...] ubcat=1084
PCP&C 610w: £67.99 inc VAT
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/show [...] ubcat=1104

I am not so up to date on which cases are best but the following cases look prety decent:

Lian Li PC-7 YCF B PLUS II: £87.99 inc VAT
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/show [...] subcat=187
Antec 902: £94.99 inc VAT
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/show [...] subcat=160

------------------------------ If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.
