i purchased a computer from ibuypower and during cod 5 it just shuts off help

my specs are e8400 stock,700 watt psu ,gtx 260, asus 750 i mobo . while playing cod 5 for 30min to a 1 hr it shuts off completely nothing works. however it doesnt do anything during bf2. all led lights shut off.

Sounds like it is over heating. How many fans are in it? Are they working? Good case circulation? It may be a good idea to check to see if the cpu cooler is working as well, i.e. check it in the bios and see how many rpms it is running.
