Hibernation causes i/o error with xp and ssd

Hello,
my laptop HP L20005CL, with AMD Turion 64, 2 Gig ram,
with normal spindle HD the hibernate always works,
After installing a SSD the hibernate works great until a few weeks then it stops partially thru the hibernate process and shows a notification baloon that says "I/O error" and nothing else

Another reason not to use hibernation !
