what should i do with voltage settings to over clock this system at 3.8 ghz???
(you can check system specifications in signature....)
these are the settings at jumper confi.

PCIe express ....

Memory voltage
NB voltage
VTT voltage
CPu vcore
auto PSI

these all are on auto.

You might be able to reach 3.8 GHz.

chinoroy is right. Your limiting factor is probably your motherboard. The G41 is an economy chipset with a limited FSB freq. I have 3 Gigabyte G41M-ES2L motherboards, one a late model T using DDR3 RAM. I can reach a 352 MHz FSB on one of them.

3.52 GHz is 320 MHz X 11. You should be able to reach 3.663 GHz (333 MHz X 11) relatively easy unless your CPU chip has a higher than average VID, say 1.28 volts or higher.

My experience with the G41's indicates that anything over 340 MHz is a bonus.

You can try increasing vcore to 1.45 volts and increasing the RAM voltage to 1.65 volts. I am unfamiliar with the Asus BIOS, but make certain that your memory settings are off Auto. Adjust the memory clock so that it is set to 1280 MHz at an FSB of 320 MHz. That will give you a 1:1 FSB:RAM ratio.
