4870 vs 4890

im looking for a new video card and im in canada. i read some decent reviews on Powercolor and have decided to get one of their cards. i have found the 4870 1gb for 150 after mir and the 4890 1gb for 200 after mir. here are the links http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=37408&promoi...

i am using a 8800gt 512mb right now and am wanting to upgrade up. also am looking for a monitor inbetween 20/22 inchs whenever the time comes

Yes! please get a powercolor card. They're based in Cali unlike most of ATI's partners based in Asia. You'd do a great thing helping the North American economy.


also, i'd go with the 4890. I've seen one for like $169 on newegg and that's a pretty good deal, which i would have even gone for but my cpu is kinda weak.
