when i installed ms office 2007 sp3 in my computer this error occured "there are no products affected by this package installed on this system"

Usually during installation there would be an option to look for older versions of your software and you would select it then upgrade it with your new license key.

However if you are having problems with it then take a backup of everything then uninstall your old office and install the new one, that way you are installing a fresh package with a new professional license.

You have the upgrade version of ms office 2007 sp3, and not a complete package, the package is anupdate for -
