Bloodrage & Noctua NH-U12 P SE2 Cooler

Hi

Im just about to start (well later this week postman allowing) my first i7 build and I have a Foxconn Bloodrage motherboard and was wondering if the Noctua NH-U12 P SE2 cpu cooler will fit on this board along with 3 sticks of Corsair Dominator ram ? Thanks

Just for record this will fit BUT it has to be mounted in the vertical position ie. blowing towards top of case rather than out the back of case .... hope this helps somebody else.
