Recently I bought a new video card (zotac 9800 gt), since then my computer freezes sometimes during gaming (once every several days), when it freezes it becomes unresponsive to anything even to ctrl-alt-delete and I have to unplug the power cable to reboot.
I checked the GPU temperature while gaming and it does not exceed 65 C, and CPU temp doesn't go high either.
My PSU is Coolermaster 550 W
Cpu is E7400

Please help me to identify the problem.

Welcome to the forums!

Test the memory with memtest86+.
Did you have an ATI card before and did not clean out the old drivers with a special program perhaps?
