Running 8 fans from 2 PWM leads, questions and concerns

I have this mobo:

it offers a LOT of functions and fan control.

I have this Coolermaster 922 HAF CASE

and a 700 watt psu

I do not want my pc sounding like an airplane all the time, but with overclocking the cpu and gpu i want my fans to scale when things get hot.

I have (2) PWM leads and (1) 3pin lead that I can control (says asus) from the mobo bios and software which ever way i choose.

I also have a (4th) fourth fan lead that is (3) pin that i cannot control.

My idea is this....

I was thinking of running a total of 4 fans from each PWM lead.

2 fans on the cpu
2 fans on the side
running those 4 off the CPU PWM lead

2 fans on top
1 fan on the back
1 fan on the bottom
running those 4 off the CHASIS PWM lead

then running 1 higher airflow fan off the front off the (1) 3pin controllable connter on the mobo.


Will this work or will i be starving my mobo?

the fans are rated at 2.16 watts at 12 volts each the mobo manual reads total of 84watts max at 12 volts. Meaning ill be running 25ish watts total off 2 leads.
