Recommended 2500k oc

I have my 2500k oc'd to 4.5, memory = gskill 1600 cas 8 8mb, noctua nh-c14 cooler --- in some of the threads i seem to have read that going to an oc of 4.4 will syncronize with the 1600 memory - would 4.4 be better than 4.5 for that reason? my temps are 29-30 idle around 58 stressed with the occasional spike to mid 60's after several hours gaming - hit 64 last night with ambient temp of about 80

The CPU speed and memory speed are generated by two different clocks which are totally independent of each other. Any "synchronicity" between the two would be overcome by the clock speed increase of the CPU.
In other words, 4.4GHz with 1600 RAM will not run faster or better than 4.5GHz with 1600 RAM.
